Description

Uploading radio info to new Baofeng UV-82HP for employees. They are constantly breaking radios...

Not a big issue, but the last 3-4 radios New and Old I have uploaded data to from Chirp have not received the Power On Message 1 or 2.

I use these for my employees to tell whos radio is whos, but now even though the Power On Message tab in chirp is set to message, it will not upload the name from either Power ON Message 1 or 2. just goes to default Baofung Uv-82HP
