I find Chirp to be consistent with Baofeng CPS. My GT-5R Pro allows me to set airband on VFO A and B but not in the Memories list. VFO A/B are found under [Settings] -> [Work Mode Settings] using the Vendor: Baofeng Model: GT-5R driver.

I bought a different one. This is the Baofeng K6. I needed the radio to
sell it for a client. K6 is nice to program with 1000 channels and screen
can be on not like the k5 plus that the screen will be off in standby and
does not know if it one or not.
