CHIRP is getting zero response from the radio, so it must be a cabling issue. Be sure you're choosing the right cable and it is fully inserted. I see in your debug log that you're trying multiple ports - I can tell you that COM3 is not what you want, but I can't say the other is. Try using the "Help me" option in the port selection drop-down to make sure you're using the right port for your cable.

I used my MacBook to program My Radio and it worked using my K-cable.

That rules out the cable being broken, but doesn't rule out driver issues or an intermittent connection at the moment.

As described, please use the "help me" option in the port selection to make sure you're selecting the proper COM port.
